There are so many reasons to explore the world of theatre and one of them most certainly is to keep up the good feels! Today is World Mental Health Day and here are 3 great benefits that acting & theatre can bring to the table;
Drama can be a fantastic outlet for a healthy expression of emotion and feelings. It creates a safe and respectful environment for actors to explore this.
Drama has a strong hold for communication and understanding. It allows us to practice empathy through listening and supporting characters on stage as well as each other.
Drama helps us to have fun and explore interpersonal & social skills through games, exercises and building trust with our fellow actors.
